Because the “average” 19-year-old actually has shampoo model-quality waist-length hair and Bambi eyes. Note the glam cutoffs and glimpse of bare midriff as well.
I guess Lammily’s designer realized that he actually had to sell dolls to little girls instead of making feminists feel better.
I predict that Lammily 2.0 will look like this:
